Anyone made a nap mat cover

DD is starting pre-K at public school next week and I wondered if they allowed nap mat covers. Has anyone ever made one? There are some cute ones online, but they are expensive. I'm sure my mom could help me out but I would at least like to have a clue before I bother her with it. Thanks!

They allow them at preschool but our public school wouldn't allow them, due to "health" reasons. I made one for my 4 year old for preschool. The pattern I used was an e-book I bought from online. It was pretty easy to make.

I forgot to add, the one I made had a built in pillow and blanket. You can make the pillow case kind that just slips over and add velcro to the top to close it.
