I need to sew some lace trim on a pair on pants. The pants have some stretch in them kind of like the onesies. Do I just pin and sew/do I need to stretch the pants then sew?

By the way, the lace trim is going on the behind of the pants.

do you mean the booty of the pants? I would not stretch anything it could make the pants looked stretched out.
