Baby wipe case Covers

Hi Ladies! Do any of you make those cute little wipe case covers...you know for the travel size. I saw a pic and I am not sure what kind of machine you would use. I think it looks like something that would be embroidered, like woth a Pfaff. I am sooo not sure though. thanks for the help!
