Ever had a crappy sewing day???

OMG! This is how it is for me also! Four kids that always want or need something as soon as I turn the machine on. By the time I get them all in bed, I'm usually ready to pass out. I'm new to sewing and the dang armholes on my 1st "pillowcase" dress kicked my butt! I had to redo them 5 times! So every sewing day is crappy for me also!!

It seems that there is always something to be unhappy with. especially your own work. Just remember that you are good at what you do.

Glad to know I'm not the only one who wants to throw my sewing machine out the window at times! There have been days that I just wanted to pull my hair out and scream.
Last night, I made curtains for our bedroom. The first panel went smooth, but the second one I had to rip out the stitches and redo it 3 times. The thread kept breaking, The thread tangled, I had to readjust the tension,... I had to just walk away from the machine, take a shower, and go back in.
I have 4 children also, one of which nurses, so I don't get much time for my sewing needs!
