OMG! This is how it is for me also! Four kids that always want or need something as soon as I turn the machine on. By the time I get them all in bed, I'm usually ready to pass out. I'm new to sewing and the dang armholes on my 1st "pillowcase" dress kicked my butt! I had to redo them 5 times! So every sewing day is crappy for me also!! ![]()

Glad to know I'm not the only one who wants to throw my sewing machine out the window at times! There have been days that I just wanted to pull my hair out and scream.
Last night, I made curtains for our bedroom. The first panel went smooth, but the second one I had to rip out the stitches and redo it 3 times. The thread kept breaking, The thread tangled, I had to readjust the tension,... I had to just walk away from the machine, take a shower, and go back in. I have 4 children also, one of which nurses, so I don't get much time for my sewing needs! Sweet Baby Michele | When Quality and Comfort Count! "Life is too short to not be passionate about it" |
