I think that's chiffon grass trim. Not sure where to find it, but I've seen it on a group I'm in. Very pretty!

This is a HG's site and she has it. I know a lot of the other ladies who do wholesale sell it also. They do group buys for it. You may want to keep an eye out there also. It is very cute! I just got some through a group buy and anxious to work with it.

HI!! That is my listing at the top. It's grass trim. Like the chiffon flowers, but it's sewn to a strip of tulle in a zigzag design. I don't know how else to explain it.

Jessica's shop is the one that BlessedMom listed. She is great and sells wholesale. No minimums, I think You could try some out

So, that's grass cloth/trim! I've seen the term in recent threads and had no idea what it was. I love learning about new-to-me supplies (and adding them to my wish list!)!

I could also see this used in lieu of ruffled fabric on onesies or baby bloomers/diaper covers!
