Default How to keep marabou from poking/itching?

I just made a Santa inspired tutu dress for my daughter and wrapped a marabou boa for the 'fur'. It's adorable, but she won't wear it because some of the feather ends pome her :-/

Would love any no-sew suggestions for protecting her sensitive skin from the pokes!

Thank you :-)

Gonna guess you need a different maraboo. My maraboo doesn't have any pokey ends. Sorry!!
