Default A few questions

A while back there was a member on here that had a free tutorial to make a peppermint candy and i think it might of had tulle around it.

Also does anybody know how to attatch tulle to a bow such as this or similar? if this is your bow, its beautiful!!

do you attatch it with glue or do you attatch it when you crease the middle of the bow

What I would do is crease the tulle the same as the bow and hot glue the tulle to the bottom side of the bow matching creases. does that make sense? Add spikes, a center, and a clip and it's done!
