No link is showing.....

Maybe it would be more beneficial if you posted a pic of one of your own bows so we could see it, and then go from there.

Ok so here is one that i was working on last night. Obviously this is far from finished, and its also a great photo of my kids play table!!
But as you can see, it hardly has the beautiful shape and folds of some of the beautiful topper bows i have seen on here.
Is it that i have used wider ribbon? Or printed ribbon?

Are you trying to make a basic boutique, or a twisted boutique?

It looks to me like you need to pull your loops more out.. The center needs to be more of a X shape, then tie or sew the cetner. If you put your fingers in and pull the 4 loops out what happens?

Thanks for that one. Thats completely different to the one that i used. The one i used had me make the loops freehand, one at a time, rather than loop the entire length round and round then use a pin to hold secure.
I actually didnt cut my ribbon to length till i was finished making my loops... I will definately give this method a go.

This is actually the style that im hoping to achieve...

That is what most of us call a Twisted Boutique Bow. The pic you are showing is a stacked bow, made up of a bottom bow (some people use pinwheels, or twisted boutique bows) spikes, surrounds and a top bow.
