I'm making a Pebbles costume for a friend's daughter. I am using fleece to make a one shoulder dress and appliqueing the black spots on it. You could do a pair of shorts, or a loin cloth over shorts for Bam Bam.

"For the Bam Bam costume is was super easy...we got very soft, thin suede type material from the fabric store, one that doesn't fray, and I measured it to our sons waist. Cut the fabric jagged on one end, and added felt triangles with hot glue. Wrapped it around his waist and secured with a large safety pin. I found little tiny skeleton bones at the halloween store and hot glued one to a hairclip and attached that to cover the safety pin. I also used, a fur type material (just cut a strip, no sewing), and draped it over his shoulder and connected with a safety pin, like a sash. We bought him a little boy cave man club...and he wore a diaper under his "skirt" and carried his "baba" LOL"

Here is my son on his 2nd Halloween as Bam Bam I didn't sew anything... If I would have it probably would have fit better, but it was a last minute thing lol!
