Default Witch Hat clippie?

I'm looking for directions on how to make one of these clips that look like this:

http://www.etsy.com/listing/81989884...facet=handmade

Can anyone point me in the right place for directions? I've searched, but haven't come up with anything.

One would think I could, and I certainly tried. But I couldn't get the cone part right. Plus, I'm horrible at looking at things and trying to figure it out. I need directions to tell me how to do it. And I certainly don't mind paying for them.

I just tried this one earlier this week. I used 1.5 inch ribbon for the cone and bottom. Just play around with it until you get it like you want it. It's not that hard once you make the first one.

pic was my rough draft, that is why you see glue on it....
