Default Attaching frayed chiffon flower to shirt?

Has anyone done this and what is the best method? I thought about hand stitching them on, but wanted to see if another method is out there....

Could you use fabric tac?

I hate sewing and avoid it at all costs

I hand stitched mine on....I don't trust glue for clothes that may be washed.

I don't actually attach mine to the fabric, I put them on pinbacks so I can remove them when it gets washed.

This is exactly what I was going to suggest.

I actually just made Candy Corn dresses for my girls, with a large flower/decorative piece, I used two pin backs.

My Shabby Flowers wash up fine, I sew them with 3 little x stitches and they stay on great

I hand sew them on and it's super easy/fast. Although, watch out when washing/drying because they will fray a lot. I do it in a lingerie bag on gentle now because of this.
