It certainly looks like that could be the raw materials. I just received the color chart from my supplier and there are some beautiful color choices. It is going to be so hard to narrow it down to a few! The sample should be here in about 3 weeks or so.

OK, I just received mine in the mail and it this material that was used, just gather with a thread and needle, 5 petals (flowers), add the center and clip in the back it really pretty.

Thanks so much.. I was going to order one and see how it was made. I tried with the Walmart trim and did not like it.. then I tried to take apart one of my bows and it was way too full...
