Default What did I do worng??/

Ok so I tried print my own ribbon using transfer paper.

The transfer paper peeled right off the ribbon...what did I do wrong????

I've had that happen to me too just recently. I was trying to print western print/red bandana ribbon because every where that I looked for it, it was just too expensive. So I used transfer paper and grosgrain ribbon (that was 100% polyester) and I believe it peeled because I didn't press the transfer paper to the ribbon long enough. But then when I pressed it longer, it DID stick and didn't peel but I had another problem in that the colors on the ribbon yellowed (I guess because I kinda burnt it) It was a toss up.
