I have some wide ribbon, but not that wide. I'm thinking at least 4 inches wide. That's okay, I could use satin fabric though.

Possibly.

I think I might just buy it if she can make me a couple in a different color.

I love these.....I definately need to make some of these for my girls. They will go perfect!

My plan....Satin fabric for the top. I will cut the tulle (off the bolt) so they are 6"-8" difference in length, attach the ribbon, then sew the layers together while attaching them to the satin fabric. Then measure the rod, so I know how big I need my "pocket" to be. Fold over, sew and there ya go.....Did that even make any sense?? lol!

Thanks so much for sharing this!

Very pretty. Have no idea how to make but I was going to say it would be really pretty in black and white together, alternating the colors!

I made some today. It wasn't that difficult at all. I used white tulle, black ribbon, and hot pink satin ribbon for the top part. I'll post pics when I'm done with my craft room

I have made something similar for my granddaughters room out of China Silk it really isn't hard just time consuming. Her price is really good for not having to deal with tulle. It is pretty though
