Yeah my dh would never wear the tie, he has a strict taste in ties...only certain colors and styles and widths and only on Christmas Eve or Christmas parties will he wear one that is sorta fun. And then he married me? LOL! So even if I coudl solder the thing-a-ma-jig to the doo-hickey....he wouldn't wear it. LOL!

The bracelets....I see some boiling water, tins cans and wire and warm oven in my future! I was so glad to hear that we may have some good directions to follow in the near future...wink wink nudge nudge hint hint to frteach!

Actually, I bent them around a glass bottle and then put some wire around to hold them. I was able to slide them off the bottle and bake in the oven without the bottle. The wire held them just fine. I was even able to tweak the shape a bit to make them more oval and less perfectly round, more like a standard bracelet.

I took one picture with my phone of them on the cookie sheet before they went in. I will post a finished picture once they are done.

I can't wait to see them! Nice to know you can slip it off and the wire stays on....you need to write up your tutorial...I know I'd buy one!

Thanks,
