Default Maribou spider clips, amyone made these?

I have bought my maribou and korkers. Does anyone have any tips on putting these together? I am thinking I will glue the feathers in a circle and criss cross the korkers underneath. Then flatten an area for the squiggly eyes. Does this sound workable?

Don't know if it's the right way. But I used 2-2in felt circles and glued 3 korkers on either side of the 1st circle. Glued the 2nd circle on top of that. Then placed the marabou in a circle and glue to top felt circle. Then added eyes and a bow. Hope that helps

I haven't made them yet, but don't forget spiders have 8 legs. They have been posted here before like the one above so there should be lots of pictures to look at if you search them.

I've also used felt as a stabilizer to keep my pieces where I want them

That's exactly what I was talking about! Thanks for the tips. I hadn't thought about the felt.

Ooooh felt, what a great idea! I wish I had thought of that! I made two of these and had to tear one apart after one eye got sunk down in the maribou...and I burned my finger a few times! Ouch!

Never thought about the felt hehe I made some last year but using a pice of ribbon to hold the korkers and I just glued the marabou on top, didn't have any problems

I made some last night and they turned out really cute! I cut four korkers at 5 1/2 inches for the legs and made maribou puffs by glueing them in a circle. Then glued to the felt, added eyes and bows and TA-DA! I would post a pic but have no idea how.
