Default How to make this 'flower'

I absolutely LOVE theses flower hair accessories & would really like to make them for DD!

Anyclue how she does them? I'm assuming she uses some type of gadget to cut the 'petals' because they are all so uniform, I just don't know exactly what she is using! I've made flowers similar to this one before. I just used the 'heart' cut to make the petals, but they didn't look near as clean as hers!

I bought a fabric flower template at Michaels (was by the heat and bond) and thats what the petals look like when you lay them flat. Not sure if thats what she used or not, but it might e worth checking out.

I would bet she used these dies And used different sizes for the layers of petals.
