Default Pigtail Headband?

Has anyone came across a tut for this? I know they are kinda silly but my 8m old niece still doesn't have hair and I thought it would be a cute/funny gift for her..

I've never seen a tut nor have I ever made one. I'd think you could hot glue hair on a piece of felt and onto a headband. Then you can glue little bows to cover up the felt.

I was thinking something like that also, but I didn't know if the glue would hold all the hair in place..

I too have wondered how to make these, I know Michelle Duggar has one for baby Josie (yes I watch that show lol) but I'm not sure how to do it either.

I watch it to, They got it from the original maker and she sells them for $20 + shipping, and I didn't wanna pay that much..

I would use a crimp bead like they do for feather extensions to hold the hair together.

My friend Ruth made one of these for her granddaughter. I'm not sure how she did it. I know she said it involved a nylon headband.
