Default I need some help with Bottlecaps!!

I'm going to start making some bottlecaps to use on my bows, etc. I have a 1" hole punch to use for the images, once I print them out. My question is... how do you do your images? Say I wanted to do a M2MG and was going to use the black kitty from GK. What do I do? Just copy the picture and then size it down? What program do you use? I'm clueless about this part of the process!! TIA for any help!!

I was wondering the same thing. I have seen bottlecaps and other items with the exact image from the clothing. I would love to know how this is done. I don't want to do the bottlecaps but just more curious than anything else.

I've never done any bottlecaps. I'd be curious to know how it's done too.

I have bumper sticker paper, and then the glaze to put on top of that! I didn't even know that you could size the images down in Adobe! I'll have to try that!! Thank you!!

I bought a set off Ebay. It tells you how to put them together, as far as putting your image on the bottlecap and materials and all that good stuff. It just doesn't tell you how to customize your images.

Yeah there a free bottlecap instructions all over the internet. Just do a search for them. In photoshop you can "resize" your pictures. I have to do this when I upload photos to my website. Any one on "stealing" the images of the gymbo stuff? I guess that is what you would call it right? I know a lady that does gymbo images on her hairbows, it looks very cute w/ the outfits. I don't think I will ever venture out to do bottlecaps. I don't need to add more irons to the fire that is for sure

I think you could use hot glue!! I also think that the E6000 will work pretty well too!! It seems to work really well for holding things like that on!! Once it's dry, it's hard to get it off!

to attach them, i know my friend gets 1 inch wood discs, and then E6000, puts 3/8 ribbon in the back of the bottlcap with e6000 then glues the wood disc on top she leaves enough ribbon that it goes around the middle of the bow. does that make sense?
