Those are so cute. I would love to get one for my daugter for Halloween, but I can not spend 40 dollars. Anyone have a suggestion.

I just made my daughter a lady bug costume for Halloween, I used felt circles. I separated the tulle so I only had one layer, put glue on my circle, stuck it on the tulle and placed another circle on the back. The weight of the two circles helps keep the tulle down. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. Have fun!

Thanks for all of the tips! Anyone know where I can purchase felt circles for cheap?

I would make it myself. A lot of work goes into those, especially gluing on all those dots/circles. It's worth it to do it yourself, though if you don't want to pay the cost.

I wasn't able to get the circle punch to work with felt so I just cut all circles with my trusty scissors.
