I have bought some 'ribbon' like that before. It is halloween ribbon and it is like fabric. But it is stiff like ribbon. But it's not think like it is fabric over ribbon. Just like stiffened fabric. HTH!

We all can make this! It just takes a little practice. It is just twisted boutique bows.She looks like she just really puts the twist in it! looool I think it just takes practice. I have seen some of you ladies bows and they are fantastic!

It's a twisted bow with loop surrounds and spikes and the bottom is a twisted also it looks like. That is perfection there.

I think fray check works! try to apply a thin layer of fray check then iron it to get a permanent effect!
