Question Pixie cut tutu?

I'm thinking about having my daughter be a fairy for Halloween. If so, I'm going to make her a tutu dress, but how do I get the pixie cut? TIA!!

After you've cut all your strips of tulle fold them in half length wise and cut at a 45 degree angle. Its really pretty easy.

I have been wondering too, thanks! Do you cut all the stripes in the same direction as far as slanted left or slanted right. Hope that makes sense!

I fold mine in half then cut at an angle so I only have to make one cut to make an even point at the end. Cutting left to right or right to left just depend on where the fold is, you want to point to be in the center when it's unfolded.

What is a pixie cut at the risk of sounding dumb? Is it like the Tinkerbell tutu?

Kinda sounds like a dumb question now, being it's something simple lol. But thank you so much!

Not dumb at all, its really cute so you'd think it would be more complicated.
