Default New bow....any one know how to make this?

I have had some customers email me and ask me to make them these type of bows for their dogs but for the life of me I can't figure out how they are made. They look like tuxedo bows, but they are so round and full that I don't know how to achieve that. The picture isn't the best but it shows how round it is. Is there a tutorial for these? Thanks!

You spray them with starch and stick two fingers from each hand in the loops and have someone hairdry them on a super high heat.

Maybe you need to bake them around a dowel to achieve the round stiff shape?

Idk just a thought!

...or back it with something stiff or put an iron on interfacing in between the layers.

Here is one I have made. I used the little tubes for ice makers (you can buy them at home depot in different sizes) and cut them about 2" and stick in the loops..spray with stiffen stuff and let it it dry. I am sure you could use dowel rods..but I was afraid the wood dowels would snag the satin ribbon so I have never tried it.
