Keep the iron on them longer, I usually hold mine and press with a iron for 20 full seconds, its going to be really hot so let it cool, it shouldn't go anywhere! I've had a problem like this before and that's how I fixed it and the bows always come out beautifully! Oh and putting a piece of cotton fabric over the ribbon and the iron on top of that is definately a good idea, those sequins will fall off if you don't do that
