Default Is there a safe way to attach small gems/crystals...

to tutus without burning them with a hot glue gun, but long lasting and safe so that little ones can't pry them off?!

Just what I was going to say. E6000 is your best bet. Thats what they use to glue the stones on pageant dress and they don't come off. Some little girls run around and play in those dresses like crazy.

I'd try the E6000 and make sure to put some felt or something on the other side of the tulle to keep the glue from leaking through and making a mess.

Yes, definatly make sure to use a small piece of felt, or material on the backside of the tulle.

E6000 will come off tulle unless you use so
something to back it with line another crystal or piece of felt but the crystal would be prettier
