Default what to do when your shipping delay more than expected?

Hi girls! What do you do when the shipping delay more than usual? I purchased some ribbons from one reputable store, but it is taking more than it should to come to my hands... I can understand that I am a international costumer, but still taking way too long!

I would call and ask to speak to the manager. They might at least give you an explanation.

I had one recent experience with a package I sent via USPS. The package was sent priorirty and should have taken 6-10 days to reach the recipient, but it ended up taking about 30 days.

The problem had been that the package was delayed in customs!

I would definately call and ask about when your package was sent.

International shipping can stink! It can get lost, get stuck in customs, and just usually take way longer to get to the customer. You can always call and ask. How was it shipped...priority, first class, through another carrier?

I sent a email last Friday and I didn't have a reply at all. I am pretty sure that it was sent first class international as this is the only option that this store send to international costumers. I purchased on July 15 and nothing... Not even a track number!
I know I can trust this store, but their costumer services stinks!

unfortunatley, that is becoming more and more common. So sorry for the mess you are dealing with. Is it an HG? If it is, you can try and find her on the board. Or is there a phone number listed on the website? Sometimes thats better for results than email is.

I agree...some companies barely will look at the email, but are more willing to answer a phone call. I was also told first class international can take over 2 months depending I hope you can get answers from the company sooner than later.

I sent a package over seas first class... 6 weeks and its still not there, USPS, says its at customs, but thats all...:

Also first class international won't have tracking either, so that's probably why you didn't get a tracking number...it's not an option for international
