Default Dont know what the name of these are.. but

If these are yours, I love them.. I was wondering if anyone knew what these were called and where I could find a tutorial?

Those are called yo-yo's. Super easy to make. Just cut whatever size circle you would like, make a running stitch around the outside edge and gather. I hope that makes since...lol.

The actual round part are called Yo-Yo's. You can get a template for them at Hobby Lobby.

As far as putting them together, not sure -- unless you run a needle through the top yo-yo's (bottom of it) to attach it to the yo-yo underneath...
