Default Rolled/folded ribbons rosettes

Added a pic of how I'm doing :-) also shared in a later post.

------------------------------------

I bought the tut. I couldn't do it...but today I had an epiphany...1.5 inch ribbon. I've been using 5/8.

If you have tried these and can't do it, try the thicker ribbon...

I'm not ready to share a pic yet...but hopefully soon.

I think I got it :-)

I am trying to clean here, and now I am distracted again!

I make them with 3/8, 5/8, 7/8, and 1 inch never tried anything larger, never thought about it... dang it, digging out the 1.5 ribbon and I just put it all away!!!!

I guard 1.5" ribbon with my life, lol. It's so expensive and I HATE wasting it... Maybe I can find some Michaels ribbon somewhere that I can waste... errr I mean practice with.

Rolled roses are always so pretty. Lynn's ribbon rose tutorial is a good one to try!

I will say I didn't burn myself even once with 1.5". I pretty much burn myself every single time with 3/8". I still like the smaller ones, but for the safety of fingers the wider ribbon is definately easier to work with!

Very cute pic! I love working with 7/8" for folded rosettes, but use 1.5" if I want a bigger flower.
