i'd say rhinestones or the confetti. you could also do really small cut felt shapes.

I love these bows. What kind of plastic did you use? I agree with the confettie idea. But I like it the way it is.

SO I was a kid of the 90s (ok and really the 2000s too since im only 22) and I remember making these as a kid with my cousins who were 8 years older!

I remember making those for my 20 year old daughter when she was little. Maybe some korker ribbon would be cute on the inside and then you could put some on the center too.

I used the clear vinyl (it was in the upholstery section at hobby lobby..I paid like $2.30 for a whole lot of it...I can probably make 30 bows if I went smaller from it...!)
