Default I know how to 'un smoosh' flowers, but how do you get them back to the right shape?

Everytime I get more flowers there is always a lot of them that come with the petals bent in every which way and I can't seem to get them to go back to the original shape. They are so wrinkled and bent that I wish I could just take an iron to them.... obviously I can't, so what can I do? I tried spritzing with water and blow dryer but it didn't work. Any suggestions? Thanks!

did you try hitting them with the steam setting on your iron?
Not actually touching the flower?

I actually ironed some and they came out great. I used a really low setting, silk/rayon on my iron. I use this same setting to iron ribbon.

The flowers look great! I lifted layers and ironed each layer individually if I couldn't get the flower apart.

Hope this helps!

Let us know! I hate when they are wrinkled like that!

I use an inexpensive handheld steamer I bought at Walmart. I steam the flower on the front side while slowly rotating it, then turn it over and do the back side if needed. It works perfectly every time.
