Default nagorie feather pad headband

I was getting some of the feather pads in and I was going to put them on my FOE..but how do I attach them..I do not want to ruin any of them by tryin different things..do I just glue them? if so do I need to add felt circle to keep it attached???also do I just glue the rhinestone butttons on them..thanks in advance

I haven't used FOE, but the pad already has something on the back, not felt but the same concept. Then I line it with grosgrain ribbon instead of felt (on a metal headband, FOE I would use felt I think)... Iglue whatever embellishment right to the pad, obviously putting the glue on the ribbon/button instead of the feathers... Hope that kinda helps

I have been putting off trying this with FOE for the same reason.. dont want to ruin any of them!

You attach these to foe just like any hard head band.

Cut a piece of coordinating felt the same shape and approximate size as the fabric base on the back of the pad... You can make it slightly larger, so that the original base does not show...

Sandwich the headband (foe or metal) between the felt and the pad.

ta-da!

I make them on FOE all the time! I do add felt to the back of the pad and have excess off the bottom of it to glue gems or flowers or bows to the end. I just use hot glue. Then I just glue the FOE to the felt and then add another piece of felt on top of the FOE so it's even and soft.
