The first one is a rolled ribbon rose. Here is the link to tutorial that several of us have purchased. Great tutorial. Not sure about the 2nd one.

The first one belongs to another HG....her items are always gorgeous. Those are folded roses. If you do a search on here you can find both free and paid for tuts that can help you.

The second one looks like lace that is folded in box pleats followed by an inverted box pleat. Pretty easy actually...like the more formal curtains.
