Exclamation Bottle Cap Images Question

Hi I am trying to make bottle cap images in photoshop lightroom. I'm pretty confused! Has anyone used photoshop lightroom for bottle cap images?
Please help! Thank you!

Do you know have light room or other photoshop programs? I believe lightroom is only for editing pics? I may be wrong.

I use photoshop elements and have REALLY gotten into making images but feel kinda limited. I've been dying to get adobe illustrator but it is sooo pricey.

To resize a image is easy. Look under "Images" And click on "Scale image" then that brings you to a box! WHatever size you want your image You can choose.
