Default Itty Bitty Tuxedo Bows Am I Overlooking Instructions

Is there an easy way to make a itty bitty tuxedo bow, like an 1" or smaller? Maybe, I'm just overlooking the instructions or tutorial? I've searched and came up with nothing. TIA

I'm wanting a more gathered look. I'm going to add the bow to a applique felt
clippie.
Something like this:

Is this what you are looking for? I have never made it that small but these are the instructions I use to make those types of bows.

I tried out making the 1 inch bow. I used 3/8 in ribbon 3 inch length. So it can be done.

That looks good! I can't seem to hold it all right to make the folds look right!

I use an alligator clip to hold it. If you are having trouble holding it use a couple of clips. Have the front of the bow facing you and fold it in half. Fold one side back to the seam and hold it with a clip if needed. Then fold the other side back and clip it with another clip if needed.
