I don't right now only because my family are my customers, but am going to be sending samples to a business this weekend.

What do you do if the item is being sold as an item for an infant, such as a headband?

I haven't done it, but I think I am going to start. The back sounds like a good place to me. I need to add something to my fb and stuff, too. The idea of the labels is great!

On the postcard size, I put it on the back. It is free on that size. On the business card size and rack card size, I put it on the front in a smaller print and a more edited statement at the bottom of the card.

If you have small parts, etc. the law requires you to put a warning or disclaimer on your packaging. Best of luck to you!

Does something like 'Warning: choking hazard. Not to be used on children under 3 without adult supervision' sufficient?

Mine says: "The product attached to this card is not a toy. Please use under adult supervision. May contain small parts, which can be a choking hazard."

I put something along the lines of:

***Disclaimer. Although each product is securely made, product does contain small parts which may pose potential choking hazards. Adult supervision is recommended for children under 3. Buyer assumes all responsibilities upon purchase of product

its something like that, I can't remember exactly what mine says as I don't have one on hand to look at right now

yet another thing I need to add.. I dont attach all my items to cards though.. actually most of my items arent on cards.. what do you suggest? what about a bag label since I guess that could be considered the packaging
