Default Korker question

I promise, I looked and I didn't find it, so if it's out there I'm not searching the right words.

I know how to make korkers, but DD has super thin hair and is at this stage that if I put it in a ponytail she has a 5 inch horn on her head and if I leave it down she looks like a mess so clipping it to the side works best for now.

on to my question, I want to make her some super duper tiny korkers to put on an alli clip, anyone who makes them, do you use 1/8 or 1/4 ribbon for them? I don't currently have any of either size to compare.... TIA!!!

I've used both. You can make super thin ones with toothepicks

I've made them using 1/4 inch and it works well for making smaller ones. You also only need to use a few pieces if you want to make a really small one. I've seen people make them with 1/8 but working with ribbon that thin drives me crazy sometimes.
