I bought a wooden plaque from the Dollar Tree and I attached two strips of ribbon to it. Here goes a picture:

That's real cute! I was thinking of getting a small picture frame 5 x 7 or so and embroidering one of my daughters names on it and putting it in the frame and attaching ribbons to it for a hairbow holder. Maybe paint the frame a pretty color and glue some flowers onto it.

I think bow holders can be any shape and size. It seems like these creative ladies have made a bunch of great bow holders. Just try something small and play with it. It shouldn't be hard to come up with somrthing you like. Have fuN!!

I am thinking about doing the same thing to try them out for my girls. I have them on a bow board now, but the ribbons are too close together and the bows are squished. I have lots of bows on there since I have twin girls!

If you look under the 'Craft Show' section of this website, there is a thread called 'displays' or something like that. We talk about displays for your bows and I wrote out instructions for the 'picture frame' bow holders. I also posted some small photos of a couple that I've made.

Hope that helps.
