Default how to do the multi layer on bottom

I hope I am making sense. Lol! I have seen directions a million times on how to make the funky loops bows. I am talking about the spikes underneath.
I have tut on how to do it just what I would call the regular way. But you crease it down the middle and sew. I am assuming this is just tacked together? How do you then attach it to the bow? I am assuming glue, sew or both. But just looking for the best answer! Thanks.

I stack by hot glueing then tying them off with my thread I use to make my bows.

I glue then sew and if it's a VERY BIG bow then I will wrap with my embroidery thread so I know it will stay in place.

I was talking about the spikes underneath. I am going to give it a try later when my daughter and her friend come inside for the night.

The link takes me to back to my page. Are you just trying to make the spikes fan out and stay together?

Seriously, your tutu spoiled? Your like my idol. lol! I have the tuts to the spikes, but yours and others that I have seen that have lots of layers to it. I don't know if I am making since. But yes, that is what I want to know. Wow, I had no idea. You need to link your page, your awesome.

This is one bow I just can't seem to like. The bows are beautiful, but it looks so weird on a baby's head because of how big it is!

I fuse the ribbon together with the woodburner to make the spikes one color on one side and another on the other side
