Default How to add a border to bottlecap images in GIMP!

A few people have been wondering how to add a border to a bottlecap image in GIMP, so I put together a step by step image tutorial, I hope it helps!

i have an actual brush that some one made me. I can upload it if you girls want. You can change how big or how small you want the brush to be.

That would be great if you don't mind! I'm having some major issues with getting my boarder to look right. It keeps getting cut off on the sides.

Is there a dotted line around your circle? (in a square shape?) If so, that means that your layer is too small to fit the border. On the top menu go to "layer>layer to image size" and that should make the layer as big as your canvas which will let you fit the border
