Default Newborn Baby Stick on Bows

Samantha (Mommy2Ava) posted about help with pricing for newborn baby bows and someone added a link to this:

Newborn Baby Stick On Bows

Guess what?! I found those EXACT bows at Joann Fabric. They are selling them for $4.59/bag of 40 bows. Only difference is no organza bag. The link above sells 20 of the same bows in an organza bag for $21...talk about mark-up!

Do those really stay on baby's head though? That would be a great buy at Joann's if they really work. I have a ton of organza bags! What great profit I could make on that, if I knew they really worked!!!

midwifes at hospital sometimes does it. they stick the bows on like that I have heard of it before but haven't tried it since my girls were all hairy just not long enough and slippery. The organza bags look really nice. They would be a great hit.

My mother once told me that she used syrup to put my bows on too when I was little. Of course I didnt believe, but when I tried it when my daughter was first born, it worked!

My mum used to put a little bow on and add a bit of sticky tape to make it stay!

My twin DHs were in NICU & a nurse would put different bows in their every night & they used a small dab of KY jelly. She said once it dried, it was sticky. And if you wanted the bow out you just would wet a wash cloth and rub the bow out.

My friend always got little tiny ones, made with 1/4" satin ribbon, and stuck them on her girls with KY. This was before we discovered bow making, of course!
