Default tutu delivery

Not a how to but a question. when you make tutus how do you hand deliver them for a custom order? Do you just put them in a shirt box?

i think i read some ppl put a ziplock back over it to hold it together and not get wrinkled, or if your shipping with a bow and a headband you can put the headband around it, but i'd put it in a box big enough so it wont get wrinkled, though idk because i've never shipped a tutu lol sorry

Great question, I am going to be hand delivering one as well and I was wondering the same thing. I wanted to put it in a clear garment bag as well but I have no idea where to get those. For now I just plan on putting it in a big box that I have so it wont get wrinkled. Sorry I am not much help, Good luck!

thanks..you too. I'm going to see if I have a big "hat" box in my christmas wrapping paper/box stash if not off to the store in the morning to pick one up before delivering.

I ship alot of crochet tutus and always had to use boxes -best to fold in as least as you can when shipping -and add instructions on how to get the wrinkles out before wear

1. 2 to 3 tbsp of liquid fabric softener-added to 1/2 cup of warm water -mix -spritz but not saturate the tulle and gently take your fingers and pull =down on the tulle to release any crinkles/wrinkles --spritz as needed for clingy tulle==

for 20 I would put them in a lager box (like a cake box from Michaels) wrap them with tissue paper and tie the box with a big satin bow for each box...because I think presentation is VERY important!
