Default Bottle Caps on Clippies

I hope I can ask this. On Michelle's site she has the bottlecaps on clippies. I have most of the bottle caps she has that I bought from AC Moore/Wal-Mart. They all came with a sticky puff dot on the back for attaching. Do you take this off and then attach to the clippie with glue? Or do you leave it on and glue to the clippie? I have these just sitting in a box and I would love to use them, but was never sure how to attach them to anything.

Do you mind passing along what you do? If not, I understand!

Thank you very much!!

i used a glue gun on the puffy, I also used e6000? it worked also! I can't decide which I like better but none have fallen off so I guess it is a tie?

I had the same problem and I found the white blocks at AC Moore in the scrapbooking section. They are a 3-D puff adhesive for scrapbooking. It has glue on both sides so you just stick it in the bottlecap and then add some more glue to the other side and put it on your bow. None of mine has fallen off so it seems to be working good.

Ok,

I was so excited to make these clips with the caps! However, I do not at all like the looks of the clip from behind!! The big white puff dot shows so much and it seems to me that it would be filled with lint and hair once you wear it.

Can anyone show a picture of the back of this clippie with the bottlecap? I quit since I am picky about glue showing on my clips.

What would you all do? Thanks again!

Okay, so nix on the E6000 and sponge thingys (Houston is hot-n-humid pretty much year round) - does the 'lots of glue' method work? I really, really, really want to try making bottlecaps but would hate to buy all the supplies only to end up with a bunch of bows and bottlecaps that won't stay together.

Thanks guys, you rock!
