Default Interchangeable flip flop bows

Hi everyone! Newbie here. I know there are lots of posts about flip flop bows, but I am wanting to do just the bows that people can attach to flops they already own. I found one thread that mentioned using clip-on earrings. I gave it a try but they seem like they are a little uncomfortable. They don't hurt, but I can definitely feel the clip. Any ideas of other ways to fasten them non-permanently? Or how to make the clip-ons more comfortable? I have also seen the idea of using a pin but I am just afraid of the idea of the pin opening up while wearing them.

Thanks! This forum has been so helpful so far!

Welcome to the forum have you tried putting a piece of felt on the back of the earing that might make it more comfortable

I'm wondering if a velcro circle might do? I've never done the flip flops but it may be worth trying out?

I am racking my brain on this one too. I am looking at lots of different things so that the customers dont have to buy the whole pair of flip flips. I cant quite come up with anything yet though..

Ah, I will give the felt a try. Lucky me, I just bought a whole stack for my daughter to do crafts with, so I don't have to go back out! I'll let you know how it works!

"Bows to Your Toes" -- you would need to sew a button onto the bow (an idea I heartily endorse) but actual attachment to the flip flop is ridiculously easy and cheap.

Hopefully, one of these YouTube links will work...

Brilliant. That's one of those, "D'uh... why didn't I think of that?" ideas.
