I sell sets of boutiques on Etsy for $12 and have no problem selling them. They are 4.5" and people love them that size. But for 3.5" I would try them out at $10 for acset. You could always lower them if you need to IMO. I make my 3.5" with 15" 7/8 ribbon and 3.5" spikes. HTH

these instructions helped me a lot. i use 30 or more pieces for my korkers. just lay and tie. i have tried using the sewing method too and that took a while to learn. just play around with it until you get it.
