Default Are Korkers

a pain to make? They look so cute on the flip flops but they seem tedious and like it uses a lot of Ribbon. Yes? No? Opinions please!

SOOOOOO tedious to make but oh so cute!!!!! I have to do mine in stages because I cannot bare to do them all at once. One day I'll bake the ribbon. Another day I'll cut the curls and treat the edges. Another day I'll sew them together. Another day I'll add them to clips or pony-o's or whatever. These were the first "bow" I learned how to do but they take the most time in my opinion. You just have to make sure that you can charge enough for your time :-)

They are among my most-hated items to make. Tedious and takes alot of ribbon, yes. Adorable and worth it, yeah, that too!

They are tedious but if you are only making a few it is not too bad. I also wholesale korkers so if you decide you would like some and don't want to take the time to make them just let me know!

YES! TIMES a billion. lol!
I really dislike making them. I used to make them all the time & they sell really well, but I just don't have the time. I only make afew now when I do cupcakes or if someone custom orders one. I took them off my website b/c I dreaded when I would get an order for them. hehe.

They were also the first ones I learned to do. I don't really do them anymore b/c they take tons of ribbon b/c I like mine really full. I don't have a wood burner either so using a lighter on ALL the ends was a PITA.

I agree they are a PAIN as they take a ton of time and energy however the ones I offer in my store on flip flops for babies/toddlers are a MAJOR HIT!
I sell lots of my regular in stock ones and get TONS of custom orders to make them in the colors of their choice so I have grown to just accept them for what they are as long as they continue to sell well.

This is me! and I avoid making them at all costs even for myself lol! I've just adored a heap for my daughter off a lovely lady here so I dont have to do them myself. The more I'm making the more ways I'm learning easier ways to put them together but its still so tedious!

Odd girl out here lol

I love making korkers. In fact, it's my favorite bow to make. Rolling and baking is tedious but making the actual korker is fun (for me )
