I would guess this too. I think that she just did a bunch of layers & one long piece of ribbon & gathered it to get that shape. ??

yup- I would agree that this is it...I have a tut on a flower similar to it from an old sewing magazine with the same technique ... I tried to sit down and make one years ago- but didn't have the patience...

Those flowers are beautiful!! I will have to try this at some point. Wonder how to do it to make it for a hair clip without the cardboard on the back side?
