I've tried changing it several times today but it won't let me I don't know whats wrong.

I've been dotting small bits of glue around the "center" piece and then lifting the next layer to attach. Voila...perky again!

BUT, I LOVE the pic of the black one with the new centerpiece. Very pretty!!!

I've been doing the same. I think I got two that weren't perfect, but a dab of glue & perfecto!!

Thank you! That is exactly what I did and it looks good. I love the flowers so much that I didn't want to take a chance by throwing them in the washer.
