Exclamation Re: Flip Flop Instructions?

How do you make the ribbon on the V look like that? I think it is absolutely adorable.

Red face Re: Flip Flop Instructions?

I have made some, I put the bow together then wrap the center so the wire is not show then i make an extra long knot piece and wrap it around the "V" to hold them onto the flip flop, so far it's working but I was wondering if there is a way you know for sure they will stay on cause hot glue doesn't hold as well as I'd hoped. Then I make them with bottlecaps too.

Those are too cute. I have been playing around with these as well. I bought some "flip flop glue" from HL and it is supposed to work better. Haven't gotten around to using it. I was rushing one day and tried, but that glue has to dry for like 24 hours and I didn't have 24 hours. You may want to try it though and compare the two.

The glue that better works for these is E600 and as for attaching the bow to the v part i use zip-ties those plastic things used to roll cables.
i can tell you even if the dog eats the flip flop the bow will still be attached to the V part taht is for shure no way bows are falling of with that.
I use the glue to attach the ribbon braid to the plastic strap then the zip ties to attach the bows and last the knot part to cover the zip ties folding it under so nothing itches feet.
Hopes this helps you guys if you need someting else just let me know....i am glad to help anytime!

Thank you Pat.

I might have to try that when i do my next pair, i tried the flip flop glue and it works you just have to plan ahead to use it cause it takes longer to dry but it works.

Thank you again for your help.
