Cut Out Letters (Cheer Bows)

My guess is they are help vinyl cut on a plotter...

yes machine is pricey but honestly mine has paid for itself 10 fold...thankfully or I would have alot of explaining to do to DH

So would the vinyl just have to be ironed to the bow? Or would I have to put something like heat n bond on it?
