I wanted to see what programs you ladies use to blur the faces of children. I have seen some pictures but have no idea how its done. TIA!!

I use gimp, use the circle selection tool. Then I go to..... I don't even know the name of the tab lol darn it im so use to just doing it. Ummmmmm well I go to some tab at the top (maybe one of you ladies can help me out lol) and click blur. Hth.

I use picnik.com. It is super easy and free and you don't have to download anything. Just upload your photo then go to create and then soften.
